With juniper at the forefront, and traditional botanicals such as coriander, angelica root and some spice characters from our good old cardamom – we have created a gin that has a strong enough back bone to hold up in nearly any drink.
This is softened with rose, and rosehip as well as elderflower, almonds, orange and bitter orange peel.
Overall it makes an absolutely cracking martini or Negroni, if you like it strong and punchy. For a lighter style it does fantastically in a G&T or as a spritz.
